I am deeply passionate about guiding people toward lasting, sustainable healing by cultivating body-based resilience and nervous system regulation. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, nutrition, and neuroplasticity in a holistic and unique way.
My training includes the completion of a three-year Somatic Experiencing® program through the Somatic Experiencing® International Trauma Institute (founded by Peter Levine), along with several advanced trainings in somatic touch and related nervous system–based approaches.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based therapy to heal trauma and chronic stress by working directly with the nervous system. This approach focuses on completing interrupted stress responses allowing you to move out of survival patterns. The goal is to help your body regain a sense of safety so you can respond to life with more choice, presence and ease.
